Senator Orrin Hatch (R- Utah) is on the newswires saying that a Senate procedural vote on repealing Obamacare could come as early as Monday.

Earlier Senate Majority Leader McConnell said VP Pense and HHS Sec. Price would go to Capitol Hill tonight to discuss healthcare. He added there is no harm if Senators back straight Obamacare repeal bill. That bill can them be amended.

Meanwhile, Republican Senator Corker says the healthcare negotiators looking at changing dates for rolling back Medicaid expansion. He added, Trump wants Obamacare replacement as quickly as possible.

How has the stocks reacted?

As usual Teflon Don is doing it again. The S&P is above trend line resistance at the 2468.42 and trading at record levels. The Nasdaq composite index is also trading near high levels. It is up 41 points or +0.64% and is also at record levels. The Nasdaq composite index is now up 18.60% on the year and the S&P is up 10.40%. We still have not gotten tax reform. Roll (bullish) Tide!
